Kamran Fartash Toloue

I am Kamran Fartash Toloue, a seasoned professional with a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering. I graduated as the top student from Azad University of Mashhad in 2013 and 2017, respectively, where I had the privilege of studying under esteemed professors like Professor Mohammad Reza Akbarzadeh Totonchi and Professor Majid Vafaei Jahan. My master’s thesis on detecting abnormal behaviors using the Hidden Markov Model was published in IEEE, and I received an internship offer from JAKOTA Cruise System GmbH in Germany.

With over 10 years of experience, I have collaborated with various organizations and companies, including the Khorasan Regional Electricity Company, East Electric Power Economics Research Group (A subsidiary of Maham Sharq Holding ), and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. My notable projects include developing the Khorasan Razavi Province’s power system simulator software. I have held roles from board member and software manager to senior designer and programmer. Currently, I manage the Azhman Smart Development Group and provide software and network support for several prestigious companies in Mashhad, such as Ravi Safar. In parallel with my professional career, I also pursue my interests in UI/UX design, graphic design, photography, film editing, and travel.
